Generator Set Standards
The equipment meets the following standards: BS5000, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, IEC 60034, NEMA MG-1.22.
 
Warranty
6.8 - 750 kVA electric power generation products in prime applications the warranty period is 12 months from date of start-up, unlimited hours (8760). For standby
applications the warranty period is 24 months from date of start-up, limited to 500 hours per year.
730 - 2500 kVA electric power generation products in prime applications the warranty period is 12 months from date of start-up, unlimited hours (8760 hours) or 24
months from date of start-up, limited to 6000 hours. For standby applications the warranty period is 36 months from date of start-up, limited to 500 hours per year.



Description of after-sales service system

Our company has nearly 10 years of on-site service experience. In the past 10 years, we have continuously equipped service engineers to provide various services for customers at home and abroad. For this project, according to our overseas service system and actual service requirements, we have adopted a comprehensive after-sales service plan, as follows:

1. After sales service responsible agencies: self operated, agent, including the generator set itself and supporting equipment, such as transformers.

Our company will specially arrange staff with the service ability of generator sets and supporting equipment (such as transformers, high and low voltage distribution cabinets) to provide on-site services and establish after-sales service organizations. During the service life of the equipment, our service engineers will ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

2. Response time for after-sales service requirements

During the service life of the equipment, our company is equipped with special personnel for on-site service, which can provide service response at any time.

3. Spare parts and after-sales service personnel

During the service life of the equipment, our company will provide 2000 operating hours of spare parts and 5000 operating hours of spare parts. During the installation and commissioning period, we will provide 2-3 after-sales service personnel on the site, at least 1 after-sales service personnel during the operation period, and at least 5 after-sales service personnel in the Egyptian branch to provide on-site support at any time.

4. Other details to be explained.

While producing and manufacturing high-quality products, our company also provides users with professional and personalized services. It has perfect domestic and overseas three-tier service institutions, rich service work experience and highly specialized technical service personnel who have been strictly trained to provide high-quality and perfect repair and maintenance services throughout the product life cycle.
